The result of Encore’s approach is a paperless environment where order
throughput is substantially improved and back end costs are dramatically
reduced. The backbone of our approach combines a web based order entry system
where our client’s business rules are established. This system will
not allow a sale to complete without all of the required information.
When our reps sell an account, instead of writing a paper order, they call
into our inbound Call Center, where trained reps receive the required information,
perform up-sells, and send the sale to Third Party Verification.
Not only does this approach improve order quality, it also strengthens
sales quality and customer experience because the Client offer is restated
and confirmed by another party before its called complete.
